You can stay at the Centre if you meet the following criteria
- You are a woman.
- You are of legal age.
- You have experienced violence, threats of violence, or another similar crisis within close relationships.
- You can approach the Centre freely without prior arrangement or referral from the municipality. If you wish, you can remain anonymous, and you can stay regardless of where in Denmark you reside.
There is also the possibility for your children to stay with you. During their stay, they will receive care and support.
If you have a severe psychiatric illness and/or an active addiction, you do not fall within the target group for Sønderborg Kvinde- & Krisecenter. Instead, if possible, you will be directed to a more relevant service suited to your needs.
